Tracy B. Collins


Tracy B. Collins comes to Rudman Winchell after a short stint with a small litigation firm where she handled employment discrimination, medical malpractice, and appellate matters.  Previous to this work, Tracy handled criminal trials and appeals as an assistant district attorney for Penobscot and Piscataquis counties. Tracy is very excited to be practicing in the firm’s litigation section.

Tracy graduated from the University of Maine in 2004 with a degree in journalism and earned her law degree with honors in 2011 from the University of Maine Law School, where she served as an editor for the Ocean and Coastal Law Journal.

Tracy serves on the boards of the Penobscot County Bar Association and Robinson Ballet and teaches criminal procedure to criminal justice degree candidates at Eastern Maine Community College.  She is originally from Bangor and currently lives in Brewer where she enjoys spending time with her two dogs and cat.
