Biography

Cynthia M. Mehnert is a real estate attorney who has practiced in Maine and Massachusetts for over 25 years. Cynthia is a graduate of Colby College and Suffolk University Law School. She is also a member of the Maine, Massachusetts & Federal Court bars.

Cynthia began her real estate career and learned to search titles as a title examiner at Rudman Winchell law office. She returned to Rudman and Winchell after many years in her own practice. She focuses her practice on real estate transactions for both residential and commercial matters; and works with local land trusts on land preservation and conservation.

In addition to her real estate practice, Cynthia has been a member of the Orono Town Council since 2008 and currently serves as Chair of the Council. She also serves on the Bangor Target Area Development Corporation Board, the Orono Bogwalk Capital Campaign Committee and the Grievance Commission for the Maine Board of Bar Overseers.
